Founder of Ruscombe Mansion Community Health Center
We are so pleased to be restarting some of the services featured at the Ruscombe Mansion ‘ multi-purpose neighborhood community center’. Zoned as such since 1984, we have had the privilege of serving the Baltimore and surrounding communities with healthcare, education, food co-ops, weddings, social gatherings and more. As the highest land point in the city, I have often thought of Ruscombe, as Theosophist Alice Bailey (1880- 1949) referred to Baltimore, as “a great city of light.” Ruscombe is a lighthouse of good will, intentional right action, and healing.
