Meet Chef Zion
I am a dedicated culinary student with a deep love for farm to table cuisine. I love to forage, commune with my friends and neighbors, and celebrate life through the exchange of culture and love.
My culinary journey began by creating low-cost meals for my siblings as our parents worked to provide for us. Paired with a love, an ancestral connection to farming, and several years in restaurants and cafe management, my cooking style emerges at the brilliant intersection between farming and culinary exploration. I am honored to offer farm fresh and nutritious lunch and meal prep services to the Ruscombe and Coldspring community.
I am on a mission to reignite a passion for food education, culinary life skills, and bodily sovereignty into the lives of all Baltimore neighbors. I hope you’ll join me, and my collaborating chefs, at Ruscombe Community Health Center on for lunch from 11-3.
