Gokhale Method® Posture Workshops

$450Learn healthy posture and movement patterns to restore your structural integrity and live an active, pain-free life. Free intro workshop on Thursday, November 7th, 11:30am-12:30pm. Foundations Course: 6 lessons, $450 taking place on November 7th (Lessons 1-3), 1pm-5:30pm and November 21st (Lessons 4-6), 1pm-5:30pm. Registration is required at GokhaleMethod.com.
