Hatha yoga is the physical practice of yoga. In this 75 minute all levels class, learn to build a safe, alignment focused yoga practice and adapt it to your body; build strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and increased physical wellbeing. Each session will have a specific physical or energetic focus, freeing your body from movement patterns and opening your anatomy for a deeper embodied mindfulness. These structured classes will help you to build a therapeutic home practice, tailoring your practice to your needs! Student suggestions are welcome at each session. Meets in the Community Hall.
